Court: No Need To Free 'Sexually Dangerous' Inmates: "
Overturning a lower court ruling, the Supreme Court voted 7-2 that such inmates can be kept in prison indefinitely -- even after finishing their original sentences.

This opinion by the Supreme Court sets a dangerous precedent. I understand the concern regarding the chance of further attacks but how is it constitutional to hold someone after their sentence has been completed? This is a little scary.
